I start the process by requesting some basic information about the scope and timeline of your project. During this phase we will discuss your vision and figure out what it will take to bring that vision to life. I’ll send some questions your way and, based on your responses, provide a time and price estimate.

A quote includes an estimate of the amount of time (calendar-wise) a project will take as well as a price estimate. I use an hourly rate and estimated time range to determine most quotes, although certain projects such as CD jackets, logos, and posters begin with a flat rate.

I work as collaboratively as you would like to. You provide as much or as little vision/inspiration/information as you feel comfortable doing, and I will respond with an initial set of concepts in a timely manner to make sure we are moving in the right direction. Since I typically work using an hourly rate structure, if you have a specific vision in mind then more information up front is best! We'll go back and forth with revisions as much as necessary within the given timeframe until you're excited about the end result.

Once you have approved the design(s), I will prepare a set of deliverable files to suit whatever plans you have to use them in the wild!

How’s everything going out there? I will follow up to make sure your deliverables did their job. If at any time you need minor adjustments made or a different file format for your graphic, please reach out - I am always happy to provide support down the road.
